The ECHS cafeteria will now offer freshly made sandwiches/wraps and a salad option daily! Students can choose between the hot entrée, or a ready packed sandwich or fresh salad every day. Fresh Sandwich examples include: Turkey Sandwich, Egg Salad Sandwich, Caesar Wrap, etc.. Fresh Salad examples include: Chef Salad, Oriental Chicken Salad, Caesar Salad, etc..
Regardless of what your student chooses, these meals, which will meet the National School Lunch Program nutritional requirements, are priced as follows based on the student’s eligibility status:
