Student Performance:
90% of ECHS students will maintain a high level or make a gain in their FCAT reading scores from the previous year.
90% of ECHS students will achieve a P grade on the Algebra I End-of-Course examination.
85% of ECHS students will perform in the top 2/3 on the state End-of-Course examination in Geometry.
80% of ECHS students will perform in the top 2/3 on the state End-of-Course examination in Biology.
90% of ECHS juniors in dual enrollment (Class of 2013) will achieve a 3.0 college average in the first semester and the second semester of 2011-2012 school year.
100% of ECHS sophomores (Class of 2014) will pass the Spanish dual enrollment course with a C or better.
70% of ECHS sophomores (Class of 2014) will qualify for dual enrollment classes for their junior year.
25% of ECHS freshmen (Class of 2015) will qualify to take a dual enrollment course in the sophomore year.
Use of Assessment Data:
Administrators and teachers will use assessment data to inform instruction.
- Administrators will concentrate on standardized tests, such as FAIR, Explore, and PLAN.
- Teachers will demonstrate that they are utilizing results of their classroom quizzes, tests, and papers to inform instruction.

Parent Involvement:
Administrators and teachers will document a variety of techniques to involve parents in their students’ learning. In process are:
- Parent Go-to-School Night September 15
- Letters to parents about lexile scores on the FAIR reading test.
Student Extra-curricular Involvement:
Students and sponsors will document regular involvement (once per week) in extra-curricular activities:
- At ECHS
- At local high school
- With volunteer organizations
